At CLiK Trading Education, we are committed to ensuring our courses, communications, and events are accessible, inclusive, and supportive of all learners. Whether you're joining us onsite in North Lincolnshire or accessing materials online, we want every participant to feel welcomed, respected, and empowered to succeed.

Physical Access

We deliver many of our courses in person, often at third-party venues such as conference centres or community hubs. We carefully select locations that:

Offer step-free access to training rooms
Have accessible toilet facilities
Are equipped with suitable lighting, seating and temperature control

If you have any specific physical access requirements (e.g. wheelchair access, ground floor room, reserved seating), please let us know as early as possible and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.

Sensory, Cognitive & Learning Needs

We strive to make our training approach accessible to individuals with neurodivergent traits, visual or auditory processing differences, or learning needs such as dyslexia or ADHD. Our methods typically include:

Clear, structured daily lesson plans
Visual aids and live demonstrations
Flexible Q&A support
Small group sizes to reduce overwhelm

If you would benefit from additional support — such as printed notes in advance, extra time during exercises, or quiet space during breaks — we encourage you to speak with our team confidentially before or during your course.

Online Content & Digital Accessibility

Our online learning platform is designed to be usable across modern devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. We aim to:

Use high-contrast colours and readable fonts
Provide captions or transcripts for recorded sessions
Write in plain, jargon-free English wherever possible

Should you encounter difficulty accessing any online materials or digital tools, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue or provide an alternative format.
