1. Company Details CLiK Trading Education Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, offering in-person courses, online courses, workshops, memberships, webinars, and downloadable materials.
2. Services Offered Our services include educational trading courses, workshops, webinars, and access to downloadable learning materials. All services are designed for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid upfront at the time of booking.
- No payment plans or instalments are available.
- We do not charge VAT on our services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Students may cancel their booking up to 14 days before the course start date.
- Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued less a 10% administrative fee.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.
5. Intellectual Property All course materials, webinars, downloadable content, trademarks, and other intellectual property are the property of CLiK Trading Education Ltd. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability CLiK Trading Education Ltd does not guarantee any financial results, profits, or trading success as a result of participation in our courses. All trading involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. We are not responsible for any financial losses you may incur.
7. Conduct Expectations Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow students during all in-person and online interactions. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
8. Privacy and Data Protection We collect personal information such as names and email addresses for enrolment and communication purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
9. Account Access For online courses and memberships, account credentials (username and password) are for individual use only. Sharing of account access is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Updates to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
